If the customer has not checked out on the agreed day of departure by 12 noon, the camping site is entitled to full compensation (100%) for one day as well as other costs resulting from late check-out.
The person who made the reservation is responsible for the keys during the reservation period. If the customer forgets the key inside the cottage outside the opening hours of the reception, they will be charged €25 for opening the door. €70 will be charged for a lost key.
